Dad's House

Dad's House was built in 1959 by Rupert Forbes (the current owner's grandfather) for his retirement.

This is a larger unit providing secluded accommodation for larger families or groups, or just more space for those who need it. The house suits both winter and summer occupation. View our Property Map.

• Living room with sofa bed and fireplace.
• Separate dining room.
• Electric heating.
• One large bedroom and four smaller ones.
• Modern kitchen and bathroom with shower, no tub.
• Covered ocean-side verandah for meals or lounging.
• All furnishings, cooking and eating utensils, bedding, towels and pillows are supplied.

Rates

High (April 1st - October 30th) Season Rates:

• High season rates: $1050 per week for up to four persons.

• The daily rate is $195 for up to four persons.

• Additional guests are $35 per night or $175 per week.

Off (October 31st - March 31st) Season Rates:

• $120 per night for up to four persons and $25 per night for each additional person.
