The Bachelor's Quarters

The Bachelor's Quarters, or "BQ", is located on the ground floor of the main building, forming the southeast wing. Though fully modernized, this heritage suite retains the original charm, atmosphere, and subtle sophistication intended by its turn-of-the-century design. It is one of the closest units to the ocean, providing guests with impressive views easy beach access. View our Property Map.

• Large living room/bedroom with a queen and twin bed, sofa bed and fireplace.
• Two additional bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds, other with 2 twin beds and sofa bed .
• Modern kitchen.
• Covered porch.
• Beautiful tiled bathroom with separate bath and shower.
• Private entrance.
• All furnishings, cooking and eating utensils, bedding and towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.

Rates

High (April 1st - October 30th) Season Rates:

• High season rates: $1050 per week for up to four persons.

• The daily rate is $195 for up to four persons.

• Additional guests are $35 per night or $175 per week.

Off (October 31st - March 31st) Season Rates:

• $120 per night for up to four persons and $25 per night for each additional person.
