Below you will find pricing and payment information and our general policies. Once you have decided on what you would like to book and when, please fill out our booking form. We will reply as soon as possible to confirm your booking, take your deposit and answer any questions you may have.

Accommodations

 

High season rates for accommodation rental (all prices in CAD):

  • Bachelor's Quarters: $1025 per week for up to four persons. The daily rate is $195 for up to four persons. Summer weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

  • Crescent Point Cottages: $1025 per week for up to four persons. The daily rate is $195 for up to four persons. Summer weekly rental is from Friday to Friday.

  • Dad's House: $1025 per week for up to four persons. The daily rate is $195 for up to four persons. Summer weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

  • Summer Cottages: $525 per week for up to four persons. Summer weekly rental is from Sunday to Sunday.

All prices quoted here are subject to change without notice.

 

Summer weekly rental period is the minimum rental period during the summer season (April 1st until October 30th). This allows us to clean and maintain the units to the highest standard.

Deposits are required on bookings, 25% of the basic rental for the booked period in high season. In the off season, deposit constitutes one night's rental.

Cancellation policy- 90 days notice is required for return of deposits on accommodation, a handling fee of 20% of the deposit amount will be charged.

Registration- all guests must register on arrival, at which time the balance of the rent is due. Subletting is not permitted. We reserve the right to return the deposit on accommodation.

Payment can be by Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Debit. Personal cheques are accepted from guests that have visited Overbury previously.

Taxes- Rental prices are subject to 12% HST.
